ARIADNA NAVEIRA – FERNANDO SANCHES  (ARGENTINA)

Ariadna began to dance when she was very little; she discovered the first steps in this dance with her brother, Federico Naveira, with whom would form pair for 15 years.

She attended the National School of Dances to obtain the title of National Teacher of Dances, of which she graduated in 2006. In In her extended dance formation we can find corporal expression, contemporary dance, dance jazz, musical comedy, flamenco, folclore, acrobatics, theater, music, etc… all of them complementary to her tango dance, which forged her as one of the more recognized dancers of her generation.
Between her numerous presentations with tango you can find appeareances at milongas in Buenos Aires such as like Sal?n Canning – Parakultural, La Viruta, Confiter?a Ideal, and theaters like the Broadway Theater.
She also integrated the Olga Besio’s Ballet and worked in education with her mother in her tango classes for kids and adolescents. She participated in the film “Tango, no me dejes nunca”, of Carlos Saura and in diverse short lenght films (made in countries like among France and Japan).
Between the establishments in which she dictated classes appear Tango Brujo, La Galer?a del Tango, Cochabamba, the Torcuato Tasso; as well as in international festivals such as “Tangomagia” in ?msterdam (2 years in a row); the “Congreso Internacional de Tango Argentino” (C.I.T.A.) and “Pulpo’ s tango week”, these last two in the City of Buenos Aires.
She also taught in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Riga, Basel, Venice, and other cities with Lucas Molina, with whom also offered exhibitions. Nowadays sh’e teaching with Greta Hekier, in the Club Belgrano, more known as Cochabamba.

Fernando began very slowly in tango in 2001 and without intention of making a professional career out of it. His first tango partner was Nayla Vacca, with whom he developed his first and multiple activities in Argentina and later, all over the world. His teacher, Alfredo Maldonado, was who gave him the opportunity to perform on his first tango show, in the Calle Corrientes, more exactly at the Casona del Teatro. With several in its salary, this gave them way to appear in several milongas in Buenos Aires like La Ideal, Sal?n Canning – Parakultural, Porte?o y Bailar?n, among others. They also toured countries like Arab Emirates, England, New Zealand, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Brazil, both teaching and performing together until February of the 2009, date in which they decided to part ways.

Ariadna and Fernando appeared for the first time together at the show in Cafe Tortoni. They performed in several milongas, the firfirst being Sunderland, and followed by others like Sal?n Canning-Parakultural, La Viruta, Porte?o y Bailar?n, Lola Mora, Bendita Milonga, Praktika 8, La Marshall, Milonga10, El S?tano, among others…
Their first tour allowed them to participate in 2? International Tango Festival of B?rgamo in Italy and in the 12? Nora’s Tango Week in San Francisco, in the United States. They were also in the TangoCamp 2009 like guest dancers in Rome. Also they visited cities like Torino, Milan, Udine, Genova and Washington DC. They are invited to participate now a so many differents Festival like Istanbul Tango Ritual, ChocoTango Festival, Planetango and Misterio’s Festival, all that very important.

SOlO TANGO ORQUESTA (MOSCOW)

is life devoted tango music.

In October of 2010 «Solo Tango Orquesta» XXXV Steels won the international competition «Festival internazionale della fisarmonica» in Italy, received the first prize in the category «Piazzollas Music».

Also, «Solo Tango» became the official orchestra of the major international tango festivals “Istanbul Tango Festival” July 2011, «Milonguero Nights 2010,2011? – Russia-Moscow, «Planetango V» Russia-Moscow, “Tango of Night Nights” – Russia, St. Petersburg, “Argentinian Holidays” Russia-St. Petersburg, “Sabor del Tango ” Uktaine- Yalta,  «El Tangon 2011.” Turkye-Antalia.

Sound of the orchestra differs perfect sense of style, powerful energy and high quality of performance. Repertoire includes a complex tango songs, great sounding in major concert halls, as well as the best of dance music orchestras of the golden age of tango, a dance that is convenient to the milongas.
